Parking

Free parking for Civic Hall Performing Arts Center events is available in two areas in front of the venue. Parking is available on each side of Hub Etchison Parkway and on both sides of the medium in front of the facility. There is also ample parking in the lot next to the Parkway across from the Richmond High School football field. There are marked handicapped parking spaces available along the West side of Hub Etchison Parkway next to the circle drop-off drive for Civic Hall. No parking is allowed in the circle drive in front of Civic Hall during performances. Handicap ramps are located in front of Civic Hall and at the South end of the entrance steps to the venue.
